We are not currently shipping to China.

Due to rising freight and services costs, we now have flat rate shipping fees for most locations. We do ship skateboards, so your parcel will be large and heavy, so we have only passed on a portion of the cost. We cover the rest as well as any standard import taxes or duties. We know how excited you are for your new ride to arrive so we ship all orders with express post.

    Does my order need to go through customs?
    Because your order is dispatched internationally, it has to be cleared through customs. Don't worry—we'll handle it for you.

    What about duties and taxes?
    All duties and taxes for orders are included in your order total. We handle this for you which means you won't have to pay any additional duties to have your order delivered. 

    What countries we currently ship to in Asia?
    Thailand, Hong Kong SAR, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    • We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
    • Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays.
    • Orders delivered to Singapore, Vietnam, United Arab Emirates and Hong Kong SAR are shipped with DPEX.
    • Orders delivered to South Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia and Thailand are shipped with FedEx.
    • You will receive an email with the tracking number once the label has been created for your order.
    • Orders are unable to be collected from our warehouse.
